The Captains level was created in 2014 and changes yearly to reflect the difference between tuition and the true cost of a Groton education. A plaque listing annual donors at the Captains level and above hangs in Headmaster Maqubela’s office.
Hundred House, for which this is named, is an iconic building on the Circle that includes the Headmaster’s House and dorms, as well as gathering spaces and administration offices.
For gifts from $1,000–$1,883.* The Schoolhouse is the heart and hub of our beautiful campus and the academic foundation of a Groton education.
*Alumni who graduated from the most recent ten forms are recognized at this level with gifts of $500 and up.
Groton honors alumni who loyally give year after year to the school. Alumni who have made a gift of any size to the Groton Fund for at least the past five consecutive years are recognized by having a “G” next to their name in the Annual Report of Giving.
Many of our alumni, parents, and friends have also chosen to include Groton in their estate plans by making a planned gift to the school. More information is on our Planned Giving page.
